At PetMeds Direct, we want you and your pet to love your new gear; if the fit or style isn't perfect, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are free of pet hair and signs of wear.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
