Bupivacaine injection
SteriMax Inc Bupivacaine Injection is a preservative-free local anesthetic solution for regional anesthesia via block/infiltration or epidural administration. Available in 2.5 mg/mL and 5 mg/mL concentrations, with 10 mL and 20 mL vials to suit clinical needs. Each single-use vial contains bupivacaine hydrochloride with sodium chloride for isotonicity, and the pH is adjusted to 4.0–6.5 using sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid. Non-medicinal ingredients include water for injection; no preservatives are added. Prescription product in Canada (DIN 02443686 and DIN 02443694).
